New Windows 10 Cumulative Updates
If you’re running Windows 10 October 2018 Update your patch will come in the form of KB4516077 and will bump your build to 17763.774. Here’s a look at the highlights at what’s fixed and improved with the update according to Microsoft:

Keep in mind that like yesterday’s update to fix an IE security vulnerability, these updates are optional, but you can get them by heading to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and checking.
